Arti Posti (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) continuously strives for the visitors’ orders to be delivered in due quality and in due time. The Operator does not have its own delivery service therefore it cooperates with the market’s leading delivery service providers.
You can choose from different ways of delivery – from a simple postal item to the hand-in delivery by a courier service. In certain locations the orders can be collected at the Operator’s office. We kindly ask you to provide your orders in advance, especially during festive seasons – don’t let postal troubles spoil your holiday!
We deliver only the orders, which have been paid for, stating correct data of the addressee. We kindly ask you to enter the recipient’s address without errors. In case the Operator’s team notices obvious errors, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and everything will be done in order for your item to get to its addressee in due time.
You can choose to have your gift delivered as a registered postal item. You will receive the delivery tracking code. Please, have in mind that in such case the delivery may take longer, since postal employees dedicate greater care and attention to such items.
